Ingredients: High Quality Lithuanian peat moss

Instructions: Add to the bottom of your worm bin or mix with a food source and layer on top.

Notes:

1. Be sure to moisten the bedding and mixing it well before adding it to your worm bin, as peat moss is hydrophobic when dry and will not absorb water unless mixed manually.
